What will I drink at the tasting?

Our wine selection rotates yearly. At the moment, we serve the following wines:

Metodo classico: Franciacorta DeGaglionelli, Alta Langa Cuvee Valentina Bel Colle.

Piedmont Whites: Arneis delle Langhe, Chardonay, Erbaluce.

Piedmont Reds: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Pelaverga Bel colle, Ruché Criolin, Dolcetto Burlotto

Plus cheese and cured meats from selected producers.

Alta Langa Cuvee: Crafted using traditional Champagne methods, it combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, boasting a harmonious balance of crisp acidity and creamy texture, adorned with delicate notes of citrus and toasted almonds. Its refined effervescence and prolonged aging bestow a luxurious and celebratory character, making it a delightful choice for special occasions.

Arneis: indigenous white grape variety hailing from the Piedmont region of Italy, esteemed for its bright, aromatic qualities. It often presents a crisp acidity complemented by a medium-bodied structure, showcasing a delightful combination of fruity flavors such as pear, apple, and hints of citrus

Barbera: It typically yields wines with a medium to full-bodied profile, marked by vibrant acidity and luscious dark fruit flavors like cherry, blackberry, and plum

Nebbiolo: Italy's most iconic red grape varieties, revered for its role in crafting the illustrious Barolo and Barbaresco wines.
