One whole hour of wine-tasting and wine-stories with our guides, either in English or in Italian
Selection of 4 wines from Piedmont and North Italy. Starting with sparkling (Alta Langa or Franciacorta), moving to a local White (from selected Arneis or Erbaluce grapes) to finish with 2 contrasting robust Reds like Barbera and Nebbiolo.

How many people can attend?

Tasting events are for small groups, up to 10 people. Held in one language at the time. Please contact us for group bookings.

An Enoteca is the traditional wine bar, it is in such places wines are carefully selected for guest

What will I drink at the tasting?

Our wine selection rotates yearly. At the moment, we serve the following wines:

Metodo classico: Franciacorta DeGaglionelli, Alta Langa Cuvee Valentina Bel Colle.

Piedmont Whites: Arneis delle Langhe, Chardonay, Erbaluce.

Piedmont Reds: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Pelaverga Bel colle, Ruché Criolin, Dolcetto Burlotto

Plus cheese and cured meats from selected producers.

Alta Langa Cuvee: Crafted using traditional Champagne methods, it combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, boasting a harmonious balance of crisp acidity and creamy texture, adorned with delicate notes of citrus and toasted almonds. Its refined effervescence and prolonged aging bestow a luxurious and celebratory character, making it a delightful choice for special occasions.

Arneis: indigenous white grape variety hailing from the Piedmont region of Italy, esteemed for its bright, aromatic qualities. It often presents a crisp acidity complemented by a medium-bodied structure, showcasing a delightful combination of fruity flavors such as pear, apple, and hints of citrus

Barbera: It typically yields wines with a medium to full-bodied profile, marked by vibrant acidity and luscious dark fruit flavors like cherry, blackberry, and plum

Nebbiolo: Italy's most iconic red grape varieties, revered for its role in crafting the illustrious Barolo and Barbaresco wines. Known for its inherent tannic structure and high acidity, Nebbiolo yields wines with complex layers of flavors, including floral aromatics, red fruit notes like cherry and raspberry, and earthy undertones such as tar and dried herbs.
